Petit Fours Trays

These handmade chocolates are made with fresh cream and weigh less than 10 grams on average. they can either be priced per piece or by the kilo. The life varies according to the season but is typically eight weeks. Each tray has a maximum of 10 different chocolates which can be chosen from the chocolates in production at the time of order, the rows are numbered and there is a menu card on top of each box .

They are made with fresh herbs and ingredients and no chemically constituted flavours, reductions, oils or essences are used. Consequently there are occasional supply issues but alternatives are always available. The minimum order is three kilos of the same selection.

These are made with natural fruit juice and pectin so are vegetarian. There are 150 pieces of 3 x 3 cm, 200 pieces of 2 x 2 cm or 150 pieces of diagonal cut. The price varies according to the cut. There are six different flavours which are menu carded for easy recognition. The life is typically 12 - 20 weeks. The minimum order is three kilos of the same selection.

This popular selection can be with fresh cream or longer life chocolates and can have the effect of reducing the price of the tray of chocolates if mixed Petit Fours are needed as the Pate de Fruit cost less than chocolate.
