We are producing from our factory in Enfield:
-Petit Fours in a range of pralines and Ganache in milk and plain chocolate, made with fresh cream and butter ranging from 21p per piece.
-Pate de Fruits made from natural fruit purees cut in a range of weights and sizes from 12p per piece.
-Individually wrapped chocolates, either in simple couveture, or with a centre that cost from 8p per piece.
-Printed chocolates from the Petit Fours range from 25p per piece with an additional charge for origination.
-A wide range of personalised boxes and ribonned and wrapped ballotins from 69p per piece.

Social Responsibilities - Akany Avoko
Casemir Chocolates run their business with a strong social responsibility policy and work to fund appropriate developing world capital projects. We have recently been involved in the sponsorship of the building of a new classroom block and a new workshop at the Akany Avoko orphanage in Madagascar. During the financial year, 2009 / 2010, we started funding the purchase of some land for the orphanage's independence project. We continue to fund the salaries of the teachers and carpenters.

These new classrooms and the workshop will provide training facilities for the orphans in order to help prepare them for an improved adult life in Madagascar.
