3 Chocolate Bars - Single Estate 3 Chocolate Bars - Single Estate

Luxury single estate chocolate bars with high cocoa content. 100g each.

Plain chocolate contains 72% cocoa solids
Milk chocolate contains 45% cocoa solids
White chocolate contains 40% cocoa butter.

Plain Chocolate Bars made from Papua New Guinea Beans.
Strong slightly acidic with intense cocoa flavour. This is a dense heavy chocolate with a slightly dry aftertaste which you would expect from a chocolate made from such high cocoa solids.

Milk Chocolate Bars made from Java Beans.
Java beans come from a humid Indonesian climate. Beans are often picked wet and have to be dried by fire. This produces a heavy, complex, dense smoky taste which is accentuated by a little fermentation.

White Chocolate Bars made from Aribica Beans.
The South American Calo Aribica bean used to make this white chocolate, produces a bar that is a little less sweet and has less fat than one would normally expect from white chocolate.

  Delivery & Nut Warning

During summer we may have to suspend using Royal Mail First Class 1 - 3 day service as the temperature may be too high to ensure our chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Please use Next Day service during this period. For most of the year we offer the option of Royal Mail First Class delivery (1 to 3 days, Monday to Saturday delivery), or, Royal Mail Next Day signed delivery before 1 pm (Tuesday to Friday delivery only, no Saturday or Monday deliveries).... All of our products may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
