CASEMIR recognises the importance of freshness in the making of luxury handmade chocolates. We only use, as our base ingredients, cream, premium cocoa beans and butter. We ensure that the chocolates are free of artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. These qualities combined with the high degree of handmade techniques and craftsmanship result in a velvety smooth chocolate with an intense aroma and flavour across three distinct ranges. We are proud to have won a number of accolades for our chocolates and in the past have been awarded seven medals at the UK Great Taste Awards. Production takes place principally at our unit in Harlow and we hold the British Retail Consortium world food handling certification, Grade A, and have held it at this, the highest level of accreditation, for four consecutive years.
