PRICES:
All goods are offered subject to availability. Quotes are given in good faith
with the intention of being valid for 12 months. However we do reserve the right
to increase prices due to circumstances outside our control.
VAT: All prices
are quoted excluding VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate at time of invoice. MINIMUM
ORDERS: There is no minimum order. DELIVERY: We
will determine the delivery method, normally by next day carrier. AVAILABILITY:
Orders cannot be guaranteed although we will make every effort to meet the customers
requirements. CLAIMS: Claims for loss or damage must
be made within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and must be in writing. No claims
can be met if the customer signs the carrier documentation as ‘received in
good condition’. Carrier note must be signed, ‘damaged or missing’
together with date and customer signature and printed name. FOOD
HYGIENE: All our goods come with our quality guarantee. However the company
having made every reasonable effort to ensure any goods supplied to us are not
defective cannot accept liability for goods which are defective by reason of any
act, commission or breach of regulation by any supplier or third party. This condition
shall not apply to a liability of the company which cannot be contracted out by
way of general law. TITLE: All goods remain the property
of Casemir Chocolates Ltd until they are paid for in full and the company reserves
the right to enter premises and reclaim those goods or equipment against unpaid
accounts. CREDIT TERMS: Our terms are pro-forma. They
are otherwise 30 days from date of invoice for approved accounts. No goods will
be supplied outside terms offered. CREDIT REFERENCES:
Only two credit references will be given for a customer in any one year. No references
will be given to other chocolate companies. WARNING:
Chocolates may contain nuts, or have traces of nuts. |
