climate. Beans are often picked wet and have to be dried by fire. This produces
a heavy, complex, dense smoky taste which is accentuated by a little fermentation.

Chocolate Bars made from Papua New Guinea Beans. Strong slightly acidic
with intense cocoa flavour. This is a dense heavy chocolate with a slightly dry
aftertaste which you would expect from a chocolate made from such high cocoa solids. Wrapper
