Personalised Chocolate Bars

 

White Chocolate Bars made from Aribica Beans.
The South American Calo Aribica bean used to make this white chocolate, produces a bar that is a little less sweet and has less fat than one would normally expect from white chocolate.

Milk Chocolate Bars made from Java Beans.
Java beans come from a humid Indonesian climate. Beans are often picked wet and have to be dried by fire. This produces a heavy, complex, dense smoky taste which is accentuated by a little fermentation.

Plain Chocolate Bars made from Papua New Guinea Beans.
Strong slightly acidic with intense cocoa flavour. This is a dense heavy chocolate with a slightly dry aftertaste which you would expect from a chocolate made from such high cocoa solids.
